This version of the Y-Wing fighter is introduced in the SW Clone Wars animated series. Used in typical fighter capacities, it can also be used for light bombing runs.

The model is legos all the way. This version shows Anakin, R2 and Ahsoka Tano (Snips). Built straight out of the box, with no detailing or painting. It took about 4.5 hours to build, including sorting the pieces out by color first. It was fun to build, and to notice the engineering that went into the model from a structural standpoint. I wish it had additional blocks to use as landing gear.
