I made this SandCrawler in the same scale as the small Micro-
machines Jawas. You can see them on the images. The model's about 40cm
long, 18 cm wide, and 22 cm high. The material used was a large quantity of plastic
sheet. To make all the details, I used many tank models like the Leopard or
the Abrams. I cut all these small things and just stuck them on
the surface of my kit. I applied paint with a brush to give the SandCrawler
a very old look.
I needed about 40 hours to make the plans with CAD and about
150 hours just for the kit.
