This is the Police Viper from the old computer game, Elite. I remember tonnes of these little ships would come pouring out of the space stations if you made even the slightest violation of the law! (though actually firing at the station was an obvious infraction....)
The model is pretty small, much like the Sidewinder, and measures about four inches by three inches (102mm x 76mm).
