Victorian Era Robots - This site contains the most comprehensive material on Victorian-era robots in the entire world wide web. Featuring "Boilerplate" a unique 12", articulated, "Victorian" robot figurine. It has a rotating head with illuminating eyes, and a chestplate that hinges open to reveal a wind-up mechanisim that simulates clockworks. Concise searches are best with the 3 most characteristic terms. Worth a bookmark for ready reference.
