Comments I had the chance a few months ago to see a preview of this kit brought in by CultTV Man and all I can say is GAAAAGHHH (sound of Homer Simpson with a jelly doughnut). This is THE Enterprise kit that modelers and fans have been waiting for all these years. It is an accurate and well put together kit made by a person who is a fan of the show and a modeler too. One thing you have to ralize is that this is a BIG model, about 1/3 bigger than the AMT kit. the secondary hull alone is a handful, but everything is made for good, solid support. All the details are there and a few we didn't know about. With a complete interior there isn't any need for aftermarket to fill it out. Plus it is rigged for complete external and internal lighting and I know some people are already looking at lighting kits for this. Plus we can finally light the warp nacelles from the interior! Does anybody out there remember Paul Newitt and his lighting kit. This one has all of that in it. All I can say is run, don't walk to your nearest hobby shop and pick up one of these kits.
